Nakeya Bell (she/her/hers) is our Youth Development Coordinator at Youth Forward. She is the proud Founder and Director of iQSQUAD, a youth program based in Sacramento, CA. iQSQUAD is dedicated to providing safe, inclusive spaces for girls and women of color to connect, learn and celebrate the power of women and sisterhood. Nakeya is deeply committed to addressing the heart of issues affecting girls and women of color by empowering and supporting them to realize their own self-potential and work with their fellow sisters to achieve, heal and lead together for a better future!
Keya is also a proud mama of 2 and super proud South Central, LA native. Her love for her city inspires her every day to work hard by giving a voice to at-promise youth to lead and make a change in their communities. The marathon continues…
