In an opinion piece published in the Sacramento Bee on December 20th, 2023, Leo Hsu, a high school senior, urges the Sacramento City Council to maintain the city’s cannabis tax and to protect funding for child and youth services. Leo is currently the chair of the Sacramento Youth Commission and served as an intern at Youth Forward during the summer of 2023.
