California Community Reinvestment Grants Program

The Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) manages a Prop 64 grant program that funds services for adults and youth in communities impacted by the War on Drugs. This grant program, titled the California Community Reinvestment Grants Program, awards $50 million annually to community-based nonprofits and local health departments. For more information, please visit the grant website. As with the other Prop 64 grant programs, Youth Forward is not involved in the management of this grant program, nor are we a grant recipient. We work to raise awareness of this funding opportunity as part of our mission to advocate for state and local governments to invest cannabis revenues in communities of color most harmed by the War on Drugs.
