The California Natural Resources Agency manages a Prop 64 grant program titled “Youth Community Access Grant Program.” This program provides funding to government agencies, nonprofits, and tribes to increase the access of low-income and disadvantaged children and youth (up to age 26) to natural and cultural resources. For more information, please visit the grant website. As with the other Prop 64 grant programs, Youth Forward is not involved in the management of this grant program, nor are we a grant recipient. We are working to raise awareness of this funding opportunity as part of our mission to strengthen and expand the fields of youth development and substance use prevention .
